PAYMENT
Please note that all prices online are displayed in Euros (€).

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped with Fedex. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email outlining your order and tracking information.
Shipping costs get calculated at the check out.
If there is a unit or apartment number associated with your address, please include this information in your shipping information.
In case of returned packages due to any circumstances, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
The company is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and packages damaged during transit or delivery, please contact the courier directly in order to solve any problems that may arise upon transit or delivery.
Shipping is non-refundable.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders placed on the Webshop will be fulfilled in the order that they are received. Please allow 2-7 days for order processing. Once the order has been processed, we strive to have the package delivered in 3-5 business days for Europe and 5-7 business days for International orders.
All orders for shipment within the European Union (Germany, Latvia, Austria, Lithuania, Belgium, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Malta, Cyprus, the Netherlands, Denmark, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Estonia, the Czech Republic, Finland, Romania, France, the United Kingdom, Greece, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Ireland, Sweden, Italy) are inclusive of VAT charged at the rate of Value Added Tax applicable on Portuguese territory.
Please note, when international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Additional fees may also be incurred dependent upon the destination country’s import laws. The payment of these fees is the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All orders are eligible for a return/exchange within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all hangtags attached. Within the 14 day time frame you can return your items without any given reason. Damaged, soiled or incomplete Products will not be accepted.
All orders from outside the European Union and all B2B orders are considered final and not eligible for a return/exchange.
If you would like to return or exchange your order, please contact us at info@labwearstudios.com with the subject line of “Return/Exchange-Your Name-Order Number”. Please include your order number, contact information, and reason for your return (if you choose to). Your e-mail must be sent within the 14 day time frame.
Return and exchange costs are at the expense of the customer.
